是经中华人民共和国对外经济贸易合作部批准成立的一家国际货运代理企业。总部设在深圳，在全国各地设有十多个分支机构。 公司承办海运进出口货物的国际运输代理业务（集装箱海运、散货海运和空运），包括：揽货、定舱、仓储、中转、集装箱拼装拆箱、结算运杂费、报关、报验、签发提单、租船代运、安排拖车、集装箱拼、拆、装及代办进出口运输保险、提供多式联运、提供与海运业相关的操作、运价等咨询服务
