一、任职要求
Bachelor's degree or above, MBA degree preferred
大学本科及以上学历, MBA学位为佳
8 years of solid experience in international sales and marketing, at least 5 years' management experience with exhibition background
相关销售及市场营销工作经验8年以上,至少有5年展览行业管理经验,熟悉展览会的运作流程,有独立运作展览项目的经验。
* Comprehensive knowledge of trade show industry
* With Strong sales & marketing skills, business presentation & negotiation skills
* Good understanding and relevant knowledge in international business culture
* Proven skills in computer applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* 熟练掌握展览会运作流程;

* 对国际商业文化有深入了解
* 较强的office操作能力,包括Excel, Word, Powerpoint等

二、工作职责
■ 项目策划及建议
1. 向董事总经理/副总经理根据市场及客户需求提议新的展览/会议项目
■ 项目预算的监管及执行
1. 监督项目经理制定符合行业及项目发展趋势的合理预算;
2. 根据预算制定销售计划,完成营业额指标,并有效控制成本,确保收益达标;
3. 监督项目经理每季度更新收入及成本预测
■ 展会组织及项目管理
1. 根据项目规模及行业发展情况,制定项目长期发展策略规划,确保项目稳定发展;
2. 主要负责项目价格制定、合作伙伴、场地及供应商选择等重要决策;
3. 发展并维护与合作伙伴或行业协会的紧密关系,协商并制定有利于项目发展的合作协议
4. 收集了解、精准分析并定期反馈对相关项目发展有利的市场最新信息;
5. 了解相关项目的历史和现状,提供项目利益最大化的发展方案;
6. 监督销售团队完成销售计划,并负责部分大客户的销售及关系维护
7. 监督市场团队制定完整的观众组织计划,并有效执行确保观众的数量及质量;
8. 审核并建议营运部门递交的现场营运方案,最大化突出项目定位及形象
■ 团队建设及管理
1. 共同参与人事招聘,建立符合项目发展需要的团队架构
2. 关注团队成员的进步与成长,指导其合适的职业发展方向
■ Project proposal
1. Propose new projects to the Managing Director in accordance with client demands and market/media information.
■ Budget monitor & achievement
1. To monitor Project Manager compile the budget based on the industry development & project situation
2. To achieve 100% of the assigned financial targets, acquire sales progress and monitor expenses within responsibilities to achieve the budget
3. To monitor Project Manage update the forecasts on a quarterly basis
■ Show organization
1. Make long-term project strategies according to past project scale and current situations, ensure the steady development of the projects;
2. Participate in important decisions as pricing and venue rental;
3. Setup and maintain close contact with partners and industry associations, acquire their trends, draft out and negotiate on cooperation agreements, and provide concrete terms on cooperation;
4. Collect exhibition-related industrial trends and react to the subsequent opportunities and challenges;
5. Understand the history and current developments of counter-exhibitions, and provide corresponding maximum-beneficial plans;
6. Monitor the sales of projects to guarantee the sales plans, maintain track of and provide service to key customers;
7. Write visitor promotion plans and design effective visitor organization schemes according to the project characteristics to attract high quality visitors and ensure reasonable visitor amount;
8. To monitor operations team to ensure the corporate standards for overall show requirement of Hall venue and layout is being achieved.
■ Team Building & Management
1. Involved in the employee recruitment, to build up the team structure for better development
2. Pay attention to the grow up of team members to have a good career plan
