Job Responsibilities:

岗位职责:

1.Responsible for measuring the standard working hours of assembly line works, to conduct the improvement of production working procedure.

负责生产线上工人的标准工时测定，完成生产工艺的完善及改进；

2.Responsible for the design of the production fixture.

负责生产线上工装夹具的设计；

3.Responsible for the write and update working instruction of current model and new product.

负责新产品的工艺排布，作业指导书的编制和更新；

4.To solve and analyze related technical problems in production.
对于生产上相关技术问题的解决和分析；

5.Technical document management.

技术部文档管理；

6.Any task assigned by the direct supervisor.

技术部经理布置的其它任务。

Qualifications:

任职资格:

1.Bachelor Engineering degree or higher.

理工科本科及以上学历；

2.About five years of the relevant working experience in Technical, R&D and Engineering Department in the Refrigeration or Manufacturing Corporation, more than two years in production process.

5年以上制冷或生产型企业中技术、开发、工程部工作经验，2年以上生产工艺组织经验；

3.Familiar with lean production or 6 Sigma is preferred.

熟悉精益生产或六西格玛者优先考虑；

4.Exercise good teamwork, eager to progress and not wait for challenges.

拥有良好的团队合作精神，渴望进步而不是等待挑战；

5.Good English (both written and spoken) and superior communication ability.

良好的英语及沟通交流能力；

6.Rotocasting or PU foam working experience is preferred.

滚塑发泡工作经验优先；

7.Familiar with office software and CAD and 3D software, Solidworks is preferred.

熟练使用办公软件及CAD和三维软件,会Solidworks优先。
