独特的机会由于持续的业务拓展和公司的发展计划，瑞憬咨询正在寻找优秀的候选人，参与定制编纂中国医疗卫生政策报告。这个职位要求对医疗行业有基本的分析，并批判性地思考在制药和医疗器械市场中存在的机遇与挑战。这个职位机会适合于对中国的医疗卫生行业动态与企业战略咨询有着非凡求知欲的求职者，无论你是来自中国或是其他国家。你将与公司的高级项目经理合作，参与到日常的研究分析中，与医疗卫生行业的利益相关人进行直接研究，出席客户会谈，编纂制订企业咨询报告以及中国医疗卫生政策报告，后者是一份向多家顶级制药及医疗器械企业发布的双月刊。


职位要求（知识和经验）
1.创造性的思考与分析能力，能够进行细致的业务分析与研究，能够以清晰的、图像化的方式设计报告，严谨、辩证地思考潜在的解决方案，积极与团队进行讨论、总结。
2.业务涉及：行业研究、分析、市场营销、企业战略等。 
3.自信心强：有自信在客户会谈中，向其高级管理人员进行研究成果展示。  
4.能够向不同的利益相关人交流沟通：包括但不限于来自政府机构、协会学会、高校、制药和医疗器械跨国公司。 
5.优秀的口头和书面交流能力。
6.完整流利的英语能力。掌握汉语更优。

备注
1.本职位主要面向在读大学生以及刚毕业不久的、寻求实习经验的求职者。
2.有过其他工作经验（医疗卫生行业或咨询行业为佳）更优。
3.掌握一定图像处理、文案设计能力（如Photoshop、PowerPoint等软件）更优。

The Unique Opportunity
Due to continuing business success and company expansion plans, Reenway Consulting is seeking to appoint outstanding candidates/students who will be responsible for strategically developing China Healthcare Policy Intelligence reports. This position will require to analyze healthcare industry fundamental factors while critically think about the opportunities in the pharmaceutical and medical device markets. This opportunity is suitable for the international and Chinese students who desire to learn about healthcare dynamics and strategy consulting in China. You will cooperate under the senior analyst who will immerse you into day to day research and analysis, primary research with the healthcare stakeholders, participation in the client meetings, participate on the development of strategic intelligence reports, China Healthcare Policy Intelligence. which is presented bimonthly to the top pharma and medical device senior executives.
 
Knowledge & Experience
  
A creative analytical approach, with the ability to conduct detailed business analysis and research, create report in the graphic and clear way, think critically about potential solutions, and participate in the team’s discussion and interview analysis

Business requirement – research, analysis, marketing, strategy development, and business development knowledge
 
The confidence to present to senior business stakeholders within client organizations – confidence in meetings with senior executives from top MNCs
  
Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate with the key stakeholders: government bodies and associations, universities, pharmaceutical and medical device MNCs
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Complete fluency in English language, Chinese language would be a plus
 
A methodical approach, combined with creativity, determination and persistence – innovation driven
 
Desirable:
University student or fresh graduate seeking an internship experience
1-2 years of professional experience would be an advantage
Healthcare or consulting experience would be an advantage
Graphic design (Photoshop) and high-level power-point skills would be an advantage
