Quality management according to ISO 9001: 2008
1) Work as representative of general quality management
2) Monitor reliability and availability of the Q-system for Consumable Department
3) Initiate and organize internal Q-audit, coordinate external Q-audit
4) Create and co-sign Q-documents
5) Monitor implementation of all Q-documents
6) Monitor 5S of Consumable Department
7) Lead CIP of Consumable Department
8) Q-support to process instructions
9) Quality plan of new projects
10) Management of measure tools of Consumable Department
11) Management of inspection
12) Handle customer complains regarding Q-issues
13) Annual Q-management review

Requirements:
1) College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacture or close.
2) 3+ years working experience of quality control in mechanical consumables industry .
3) With QA management background and good knowledge and experience of ISO9001:2008.
4) Good communication and interpersonal skill
5) Open and creative mind
6) Good English both in writing and speaking
7) Familiar with MS-office application, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point
