Basic Function: This position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company ,Incoe Hotrunners WOFE to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.

Principal Accountabilities (can include but not limited to):
1. Provide all assistance needed for the annual audit for Shanghai
2. Ensure that payables are paid in a timely manner
3. Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
4. Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable
5. Provide for a system of management cost reports
6. Maintain a system of cost accounting
7. Manage and calculate profitability of individual orders
8. Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are completed
9. Issue timely and complete financial statements
10. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
11. Maintain the chart of accounts
12. Manage outsourced functions
13. Assist managing the accounting staff
14. Manage the production of the annual budget and report forecast vs. actual financial results
15. Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
16. Provide financial analyses as needed
17. Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
18. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration

Other Requirement: Proficient in English (Speaking and writing), ERP
