职位描述

(will be on salary + % of sales).

Main functions - control and develop wholesale, work with the budgeting and finances.

Compensation – powerful reward system.

Basic tasks:

- Experience in alcohol beverages sales

- Dealing with major customers and buyers.

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Personal requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience.

- Fluent English, native Mandarin.

- College and higher education.

- Good organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills.

- Effective time management skills.

- Strong communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team.

- Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated abilities to resolve diverse problems.

- Ability to relate to individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

- Optimistic, cheerful, sociable personality.

- Willing to challenge the salary.
