职位描述
Position Summary:
Work independently and exercise sound judgment affecting hiring and employee communication, can also provide supports on employee training plan execution and performance management. Assist HR Manager on organization assessment and initiating HR activities which support key business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
? Executes daily HR operations and provide HR services to employees, make sure all responsible HR operations comply with legal requirement and company policy.
? Be responsible for employee relations and implement internal communication, help employees to understand company's information and policy;
? Be responsible for the hiring of junior level positions and operators. Can communicate hiring needs with line manger, release open position, CV screening, interview and background check according to recruitment process.
? Assist HR Manager in completing annual workforce planning and making recruitment plan according to demand from each department.
? Maintain employment contract /probation management process;
? Track and assess talents and establish talent pool and update the information.
? Responsible for processing employee entry, exit, probation appraisal, transfer procedures.
? Ensure on time delivery of monthly HR report with accuracy
? Update organization chart regularly.
? Be responsible for Quarterly Employee Newsletter of the CDA Division.
? Assist in completing employee annual training/development needs analyzing and annual training/development plan implementation.
? Complete other works assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
? 4 years university degree
? Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. Around 3 years working experience in HR department
? knowledge of Chinese regulations and labor law
? Good English skill
? Excellent communications, interpersonal skills.
? Computer literate.
Performance evaluation Standard:
? Critical position employee’s Turnover rate
? Employee satisfaction
? HR Related project complete on schedule.
? Communication platform establish and deployment
? Average time spend in filling in a position
? Overt time tracking –reasonable
