大专以上学历，国际贸易，物流运输或相关专业；
国际货运代理知识丰富，实际从业（国际货运代理行业）经验二年以上，熟悉操作流程，英语流利（口语及书写），CET6，熟练办公软件（EXCEL,WORD等）；
熟悉上海地区航运市场状况，能够准确及时了解行业动态，具备与当地船东船代等市场有良好的接洽关系，具备良好与客户沟通能力及独立解决货物运输过程中遇到问题能力，身体健康，举止大方得体；海外代理和客户的沟通和联络；
具备良好团队合作精神，工作踏实认真。
