Responsibility: 职责
Sales & Logisitic: 销售助理
accurately and timely input sales orders in System, and follow up the orders.
- 准确及时制作各类发货单证，并及时跟踪货物的运达
Coordinate delivery things with our outsourcing warehouse, prepare requested documents
- 配合仓库和物流公司的发送货,提供相对应的文件
To advise field logistics teams on logistic procedures to ensure compliance with customer requests.
- 与物流公司进行及时沟通，根据客户的要求安排发货
Assist sales’ orders process
- 协助销售订单处理
Weekly and monthly report to Office Manger, including stock movement
- 每周及每月提供库存等报表给行政经理
Marketing: 市场助理
Print, copy catalogues and sales sheets
- 打印装订公司的宣传册和销售订单
Design flyers
- 简单的设计传单
Translate English /Chinese documentation
- 能够阅读英文资料，有一定的英语沟通能力
Requirements:
English speaking (writing and reading)
- 有一定的英语读写说能力
Well organized ,honesty and patient
- 做事有条理, 正直，耐心细致
Usage of Photoshop and design packs preferred
- 良好的计算机应用能力，熟悉设计软件及优先
