职位描述
Position: Calling Center Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Sales Director
l Develop new potential customers and maintain good relationship with them
l Recommend public seminars and relevant activities regularly through phone calls, E-mails, etc. and answer customers’ questions professionally
l Complete the public seminar selling process
l Understand customers’ needs and market information in time and give feedback
l Collect customer data and maintain CRM system effectively
Skills/Qualifications
l Oriented mindset of customer service
l Good learning skills and sustaining enthusiasm in new knowledge
l Proficiency in the use of data base and office software
l Flexibility in communication, excellent expression, listening and understanding
l Analytical problem solving capability
l Proactive and detail oriented attitude, a team player, a resistant to pressure
l College’s degree or above

l 开发有效新客户并维护良好的客户关系
l 通过电话、邮件和其他方式定期推荐公开课程及活动相关信息，解答客户疑问
l 完成公开课程销售流程
l 及时了解客户需求及市场信息并反馈
l 客户数据收集及CRM系统的管理与维护

l 熟练使用数据库查询功能及相关办公室自动化软件
