Position: Marketing Copywriter

Department: Marketing

Report to: Marketing Director

Job Responsibilities

l Assist marketing managers in brand positioning, market research, etc. Able to complete copywriting, planning and editing independently

l Be in charge of the copywriting of marketing plans, documents, newsletters, activity texts, etc., online and offline, according to the needs of programs and projects; assist in the execution and internal communication of marketing campaigns

l Support the copywriting of program development, brand operation and sales support

l Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the direct report

Job Requirements

l Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 3 years’ experience in copywriting, preferably in Internet or E-commerce industries

l Solid wording capability, an open mind and strong awareness of creativity

l Familiarity with online and offline marketing, branding and activity planning process

l Passion for work, keen insight and original opinion of market, a good executor and a devoted contributor who can strive under pressure

l Good English speaking and writing capabilities, CET 6 or above

l Experience in advertising or management training industries is a plus

l 协助市场部经理确定品牌定位、市场调研等专项工作，能独立完成文案创作、策划及编辑过程等撰写文案工作

l 负责公司各类项目和产品线上与线下的策划文案、市场推广文案、新闻稿、活动中应用的各类方案的撰写、协助活动执行以及与相关部门沟通协调

l 支持产品前期开发、品牌运营和销售支持方面的文案工作

l 完成部门及公司领导安排的其他工作事务

技能/资质

l 本科及以上学历，有三年以上文案编辑经验，互联网或电商从业者优先

l 具备深厚的文字功底、开阔的思路和强烈的创新意识

l 熟悉线上和线下市场推广、品牌策划、活动策划的整个流程

l 工作有激情，对市场有敏锐的洞察力和独到的见解，有良好的执行力和敬业的工作心态，能承受工作压力

l 良好的英语表达和写作能力，大学英语6级

l 有广告策划和管理培训行业工作经验者优先
