职位描述
Responsibilities and duties
1. Direct key-account and project management
2. Identify, qualify and develop competitive suppliers with matched capabilities to product types
3. Assist in logistics and expediting issues for initial delivery
4. Make routine visits to suppliers and factories and assist in supplier product approvals
5. Assist in international sourcing team in negotiating of supplier terms and contracts
6. Work with international product management, sourcing and engineering teams for development of new OEM products and modifications of existing products.
7. Managing quoting process and negotiate with suppliers on costs, inventories, quality and production schedules.
Requirements
1. University degree, plus 2 years of sourcing experience
2. Experience in manufacturing processes and quality management
3. Strong interpersonal and analytic skills
4. Detail oriented with strong written communication, problem solving and orginazational skills
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently
6. Honest and able to maintain high level of confidentiality
7. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
8. Computer literate in Microsoft Office suit
9. Frequent travel required
