Report to: production manager
Purpose & Key Accountabilities:
Support production manager to reach the target of production department
Main responsibilities:
- supervise shift leaders and operators to operate as planning
- statistic of KPI figures
- improve productivity
- process checking/quality checking during production
- reduce W&S
Requirements:
- bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering, MBA is preferable
- min 2 year expereicne in manufacturing company
