Location: Fengxian
Main accountabilities:
-planning and implementation of process engineering projects with regard to efficient and quality-wise improved methods of production
-documentation and improvement of most important key parameters of the processes
-support of production as regards the taking over of a new product or process until series-production-readyness
support for production as regards error analysis and research of reasons
-data sheet organisation for process engineering parameters and machine tuning sheets
-selection and evaluation of needed investments into new or existing machines and measuring systems
-reporting of results (reports) to Production and Segment
-passing on of newly developed products and processes into daily business
-does raw material changes (approbations) in accordance with production
Requirements:
-technical education (preferrably university level), 1-2 years of experience
-major in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
-sufficient knowledge of process technology and machinery
-good communication and team player
-trouble shooting and quality management
