Job Content and Responsibilities
Based in Shanghai, reporting to the China Director, this role requires a person with excellent self motivation and initiative that adapts and learns quickly, and completes all main regular duties on time. The candidate we’ll hire will be motivated, organized and an easily/openly communicative person that enjoys doing excellent quality work, communicating and working closely with and contributing to its team of local and foreign staff.

Key experience areas:
1. English language working experience (fluent reading, writing and speaking)
2. Experience working for a small to mid-sized foreign MNC
3. Experience selling and supporting IT solutions and service clients

Duties Include:
1. Search opportunity info online, research contacts and make initial contact by email and phone
2. Input info and client communication activities into company CRM in real time
3. Create professional, high quality ‘client communications’ including emails and quotations in MS Excel
4. Exceed your monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
5. Task and small project coordination; Complete work on time and according to process and quality guidelines
6. New Business:
o Provide support for marketing initiatives as required by GM and marketing manager
o Constantly seek and develop new opportunities (actively search, call and email new prospective clients)
o Submit weekly opportunity reports on time
o Submit monthly sales forecasts
o Identify accounts with potential/future problem areas and/or potential for future growth/expansion
7. Inside sales / Existing Komstadt Clients:
o Provide customer service to clients for small orders and service requests,
o Close, negotiate & sign small account contracts and change orders
o Provide project and sales support as required by sales managers
o Manage customer expectations and proactively communicate expectation to management & senior sales
o Create supplier price requests (RFQ) and obtain pricing from suppliers in a systematized manner;
o Monitor, coordinate and escalate customer requests and satisfaction issues,

This position can quickly lead to a dedicated sales role with sustained excellent performance.


General Requirements
Experience
? 1-3 years experience working in a foreign multinational company
? 1-3 years in a position, reporting directly to a foreign Manager (English as primary language)
? 1-3 years IT industry experience in a customer service or sales position.
Education ? University degree in marketing, business administration or communications.
Language ? Excellent English fluency required (professional business language writing skills and experience preferred)
? Other languages may be an asset
