职位描述
Job Objective:
? The Service-Centre Manager is responsible for the proper management of service-centres, both directly managed by Sekurit China and sub-contracted to vendors, in terms of organization, EHS, quality control, production control and supply chain management. A constant monitoring and improvement status of the service-centres are to be reported to the management.
Job Responsibilities:
? Geographical scope of responsibilities
? Service-centres managed by Sekurit : Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai (tbc)
? Service-centres outsourced : Shenyang, Tianjin, Yantai, Yancheng, Nanjing, Chongqing, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen
? Warehouse with PDI : Changchun
? Organization of the service-centres
? Ensure that the essential functions (SC leader, production shift leader, quality control, stock control, etc.) are staffed with trained persons, with the proper segregation of duty and without conflict of interest.
? Ensure that the reporting line, inside the service-centre and between the service-centres and Sekurit China’s central team, is clear, understood and functioning normally.
? Ensure that record is kept correctly about attendance, overtime and other human resources related topics.
? Production control
? Ensure that the production records are kept on a daily basis with analysis of the deviation and adequate action plan in case improvement is needed (output, yield, productivity, OEE).
? Ensure that the right number of employees is on the shop floor to achieve the best balance between the output, the productivity, the overtime and number of shifts.
? Ensure that the maintenance of the machine is done timely and correctly; ensure that the local team is trained to sustain the required level of autonomous maintenance.
? Quality control
? Make a regular audit of all service-centres to ensure that all the quality procedures are in place and followed.
? Ensure that the daily quality record is kept correctly and reported to the central QC team.
? Ensure notably that the Sekurit bonding quality system is fully applied without any deviation.
? Ensure that the curing room is functioning correctly, that the records are available, that the size is related to the number of pallets to be cured.
? Ensure that the in-coming inspection of glass, child parts, materials, consumables and pallets is done with the proper record.
? Ensure that the QC team is constantly trained and able to interact positively with the production team.
? Ensure that the scrap and B&Q procedures are applied fully.
? Ensure that customer claims are treated with the utmost reactivity and the action plan implemented fully; 8D reports must be made and presented within the allocated timeframe (5 working days).
? Supply Chain management
? Stock management:
? Ensure that stock taking is done fully in line with the procedure and that the local team is trained.
? Each stock deviation must be explained and the local team is fully responsible for any deviation.
? Ensure that FIFO is respected for pre-mounted parts, naked glass, child parts and other materials & consumables.
? Ensure that the SG standards concerning warehousing are applied in the stock area.
? Planning:
? Ensure that the planning is consistent with the customer delivery requirement in such a way to optimize the working time (overtime, recruitment, number of shifts).
? Delivery:
? Ensure that deliveries are made on time according to customer requirements.
? Ensure that the quality of the parts is not impacted by the packing, the pallets and the transportation.
? EHS
? Fully comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules, especially for chemical handling (primer, glue).
? Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements, including the obligation for all suppliers to comply with the company’s EHS charter.
? Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5 in all the service-centres; ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
Job Requirements
? Business or engineering degree
? Knowledge of production, quality, EHS and supply chain basic requirements
? Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP
? Personal skills: strong communication skills, power of conviction, leadership and strong organizational skills
? Good command of English
