岗位职责：
1、为公司人力资源整体战略规划，拟定和实施人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程并不断完善；
2、组织公司员工的绩效管理工作，审定绩效考核结果。
3、制定招聘计划，完善招聘流程，控制招聘成本，保障招聘效果；
4、为新员工完成相关培训工作和培训后的情况跟踪，完善培训体系；
5、参与职位管理、组织机构设置，组织编写各部门岗位职责；
6、管理各类人事事务工作的开展，劳动合同签订、考勤、各类人事档案的归档保管、试用期转正、入离职手续办理等事宜；
7、办理员工社保及公积金业务；


任职资格：
1、3年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验；
2、全日制本科毕业
3、熟悉人力资源六大模块的内容，并能灵活运用；
4、擅于沟通与协调，优秀的亲和力；
5、专业的职业道德和操守、具良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神。
6、上海户籍或者在上海定居者
