Mainly Responsibilities:
? Manage the instruments technologies and actives in projects for ASC
? Follow the safety and quality rules of the company both in personal behavior and technical definition
? Assist the project managers in the instrumentation and computer supervision fields:
The technical definition of instrumentation
Estimation and cost of the instrumentation
Evaluate the competences of the suppliers for equipments and construction
Make or supervise the technical data sheet
Check the good level of realization (safety, quality and technical)
Manage and complete the GEM before mechanical acceptance
Check the conformity to the schedule
Respect the budget allowed for the project
? Stay aware of the new technologies
? Respect the ARKEMA SA Project Procedures
? Help in the training of the maintenance team of the plants
? Make or check the documents for the final filling of the project
? Report RSSC and audit SII(Industrial Information System) in China according to DIG – 1680 –INS-xxx.
? For the confidential process of Arkema, the file of function analysis will be prepared and directly contact with the vendor (such as: OP and PVC project).
? Training and instructing the specialist of instrument belong to ACE group.
Qualifications:
? Have a good working experience in instrumentation
? Knowledge and experience in project execution
? Good English written and spoken needed / Good knowledge for the process and operation
