Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management in the event industry. Event management for luxury brands is a plus.
- Bachelor degree backgrounds with a plus in marketing, communication, event management and Art
- Excellent leadership and challenging personnality
- Punctual, organized and able to work under pressure
- Have a good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Good communication and management skills and professional writing
- Proficient in MS Office (word, keynote, powerpoint, excel) and in making research on the Internet
- Applicant can be Chinese or Western who must speak fluent Chinese and English
- Interest in fashion, cosmetics, luxury and eventually Art

Your responsabilities would be to :
- Insure client relationship with the Managing Director of the agency
- Manage and coordinate with the Artistic Director and the Production Manager the conception and production of events
- Insure suppliers relationship, contribute to the gathering of information and quotations from suppliers
- Apply and facilitate project management processes.
- Participate to the agency pitches and insure the building and writing of agency proposals
- Prepare client budget and insure financial follow up with client.
- Make reporting of your actions and prepare financial status of events you were in charge of to the agency management
- Supervise and manage Junior Project Managers.
