Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Production Manager in the event industry, especially in events for luxury brands
- Bachelor degree backgrounds with a plus in communication, event management, interior design
- Good knowhow in logistics, hospitality, decor production, printing, sound, light and video management,
- Strong network of qualitative suppliers that the agency can rely on to insure top quality and luxurious events
- Excellent leadership and challenging personnality
- Punctual, organized and able to work under pressure
- Have a good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Have good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (word, powerpoint, excel), Keynote, Sketchup, Autocad and in making research on the Internet
- Applicant can be Chinese or Western who must speak fluent Chinese and English
- Interest in luxury, art, showbusiness,
Your responsabilities would be to :
- Collaborate with creative team and project manager team for the conception and production of events
- Insure suppliers relationship, contribute to the gathering of information and quotations from suppliers
- Develop a network of top qualitative suppliers to insure high end event productions
- Apply and facilitate production processes (production and set up plannings, project specifications, roadbook)
- Participate to the agency pitches (Evaluate feasibility and propose alternatives when needed)
- Prepare client budget with project managers
- Manage production and operate quality control
- Manage set up process with the venue,
- Manage the unloading set up, running and dismanteling of the event
- Make reporting of actions and prepare financial status of events for the agency management
