ACCOUNTANT

JOB DISCRIPTION:

A) Daily Tasks
1) Deposit cheques
2) Monitoring of cash flow/cash balance
3) Banking related matters; include liaising with bank staff


B) Monthly Closing of accounts
? Accounts Payable
1) Check and post suppliers’ invoices
2) Prepare payments via online banking
3) Prepare and post Payment Vouchers

? Accounts Receivable
1) Issue VAT invoice
2) Monitor AR aging report and chase customers for long outstanding debts
3) Check and Posting of miscellaneous debit and credit notes

? General Ledger
1) Prepare Journal Vouchers
2) Update of monthly exchange rate in SAP
3) Intercompany Balance Reconciliation
4) Bank Reconciliation

? Sales Report and Monthly Management Report
1) Prepare Cash flow report
2) Prepare Executive Sales Summary Report
3) Sales by Customers Report
4) Sales Analysis Report
5) Prepare and analyses Financial Report
6) Prepare audit Schedules
7) Reconciled SAP sales against VAT invoice
8) Reconciled SAP against PRC report
9) Prepare costing report

C) Others
1) Audit matters and liaising with external auditors
2) Conduct annual stock take
3) Budgeting and Forecasting
4) Tax matters and liaising with tax agent
5) Pay input Vat tax and customs tax via system


External Accounting Firm – Book keeping
1) Monthly book keeping
2) Prepare Pico’s management report and PRC report
3) Customers and suppliers aging report
4) On line tax Declaration
5) Annual inspection (公司各项年检)

REQUIREMENT:

1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2) Minimum of two years working experience in accounts receivables or in any accounting related role
3) Familiar with SAP system
4) Proficiency in English communication skill
5) Team spirit, good communication and work under pressure.
