Assistant to sales Director
Tasks:
- Report to Sales Director;
- To provide strong technical support and customer service to current customers, identify new market opportunities to maximize sales opportunities;
- To achieve sales and technical support targets of graphite business with sales director;
- Manage the files, contracts of sales department;
- Organize and arrange the meeting with customers, record the minutes and track the affairs progress after meeting;
- Keep track of the orders received, documents, shipping dates etc. general internal sales;
- Follow up customers for payment;
- Follow up with production for lead time;
- Compare Order Acknowledgements with placed orders, push for Order Acknowledgements if they are late;
- Keeping customer database up to date;
- Generally be the first line of communication for customers who call;
- Friendly and helpful behavior towards the customers is the main priority;
- Strongly sales-minded through “phone visit” new client, and inspect and indentify the potential client from the client list;
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above of marketing, sales or other related;
- At least 3 years experience as assistant in a multinational company, graphite business is a plus;
- Strong ownership and service-oriental sense;
- Result-driven work style and quick responsiveness;
- Good English in speaking and writing;
- Good presentation skill;
- Good computer skill;
- Willing to travel.
