Job Function
1. Engaged in technical & manufacturing feasibility analysis and take over project management after nomination of the projects ;
2. Hold initial project meeting and set up project team;
3. Study investment/capital required in the project with proposal.
4. Create project monitoring table and update status /schedule frequently;
5. Hold periodical project meeting to monitor the progress and allocate tasks for team members to make project move on schedule;
6. Coordinate internal resources and work together with sales, engineering, quality and production to make tasks completed according to plan ;
7. Manage sampling/prototyping process to ensure the launch success;
8. Ensure communication to the customer of all process progress and development status, formulates conclusions of customer's needs correctly ;
9. Lead actions on any design change / revision during development and production if required;
10. Ensure all the documentation required for TS16949 procedure and customer specific requirements are created and get approval from customers;
11. Hand over the projects to production on schedule with all necessary documents/procedures prepared according to company regulations;
12. Ensure the project delivery is in line with budget and on time.
13. Conduct market analysis and identify potential business opportunities;
14. Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualification and Requirement
1. Bachelor or master degree in Engineering.
2. At least 5 years work experience in project management. Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge and application of TS16949 APQP requirement.
4. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
5. Good communication skill and strong leadership.

6. 协调内部资源，与销售、工程、质量和生产一起按计划完成任务。

7. 管理样品/模型制作过程，确保样品按计划完成。

8. 与客户沟通更新项目进展和正确理解客户要求。

9. 在项目开发阶段，主导设计变更所需要采取的措施。

10. 保证建立TS16949程序和顾客特别要求的文件，并得到顾客批准。

11. 根据公司规定，向生产部门准备和移交所有必须的文件和程序。

12. 保证项目按预算和时间准时交付。

13. 进行市场分析，识别潜在的业务机会。

14. 主管分配的其它任务。

任职资格

1. 大学或研究生工科毕业。

2. 至少5年项目管理的工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先考虑。

3. 对TS16949 APQP有较强的知识和应用能力。

4. 英语和汉语流利。

5. 有较强的领导力和沟通能力。
