Key Qualifications:
1、Education: Bachelor in Finance or Accounting
2、Language Skills: English and Chinese
3、Computer Knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Yonyou (accounting software)
4、Knowledge of: China Accounting Standards, VAT, US GAAP Standards, Tax compliance, cost accounting (Project costing/standard costing), Manufacturing processes.
5、Business Skills: Negotiating, Leadership, Project Management
Process Objectives:
1. Perform job objectives as below in normal working hours, but conference calls with head quarter in the States are required after the working hours.
2. Develop and maintain financial and accounting controls to support the maximization of revenue and the control of costs.
3. Review and prepare monthly financial statements in Chinese and English including sales forecasting and cost analysis. Report all financials to government and US office.
4. Alert VP and Corporate office of any accounting inefficiency including:
- Internal Controls
- Negative gross margins
- Inventory Cycle count variances
- Advise of any obsolete inventory
- Report any financial variances and causes
- Possible tax liabilities
- Identify inaccuracies on financials
- Fraud
- Accounting and Financial inefficiencies
5. Validate Cost of Goods as part of month end close. Report any discrepancies in reporting of raw inventory and WIP at month end close. Update all bills of material and review standard/actual costs for inaccuracies.
6. Work with purchasing to identify and control obsolete inventory.
7. Assist in the improvement in internal controls related to Accounting and Inventory.
8. Monitor and reconcile Balance sheet accounts and general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
9. Coordinate Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual closing activities.
10. Manage accounting assistant
11. Manage (including but not limited to, cash reconciliation, check runs, AR, AP, Fixed asset activity, recording of revenue and expenses.)
12. Alert VP and Corporate Controller of any potential cost reductions in expenses that can be implemented.
13. Assist in Government and compliance audits.
14. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
15. Create an automated financial management system
16. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient accounting procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
17. Respond to special project requests from corporate Controller, VP- Manufacturing, and President regarding financial results and reporting.
18. Cost analysis on all new programs.
19. Reconcile inventory at month end for variances.

1. Financial liaison between factory and Corporate Controller.
2. Reports to Controller.
3. Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
