职位描述
医学信息传递专员/呼叫中心服务人员/客服 :
1. 通过电话定期与客户沟通,保持良好的客户关系(医生、KOL等)
2. 接听客户来电,正确处理客户关系
3. 招募潜在客户,收集客户信息,建立客户档案,并定期进行维护。
4. 通过多种渠道(电话、彩信、邮件等)清晰传递产品信息,进行有效的推广,保证客户满意。
5. 根据FAQ回答客户关于产品及其他服务的相关信息资讯。
6. 参与部门各项培训及考核,提升专业知识和技巧。
所需技能:
1. 大专或以上学历,医学背景、医疗卫生行业相关或呼叫中心相关经验者优先。
2. 普通话标准,声音悦耳,有亲和力,具有良好的语言沟通能力及电话客服技巧
3. 掌握MS-OFFICE 操作系统.
4. 性格外向,工作积极、有责任感。
5. 良好的抗压能力,适应公司的发展要求。
