医学信息传递专员/呼叫中心服务人员/客服 :

1． 通过电话定期与客户沟通，保持良好的客户关系（医生、KOL等）
2． 接听客户来电，正确处理客户关系
3． 招募潜在客户，收集客户信息，建立客户档案，并定期进行维护。
4． 通过多种渠道（电话、彩信、邮件等）清晰传递产品信息，进行有效的推广，保证客户满意。
5． 根据FAQ回答客户关于产品及其他服务的相关信息资讯。
6． 参与部门各项培训及考核，提升专业知识和技巧。

所需技能：

1． 大专或以上学历，医学背景、医疗卫生行业相关或呼叫中心相关经验者优先。
2． 普通话标准，声音悦耳，有亲和力，具有良好的语言沟通能力及电话客服技巧
3． 掌握MS-OFFICE 操作系统.
4． 性格外向，工作积极、有责任感。
5． 良好的抗压能力，适应公司的发展要求。
