医疗信息传递专员/呼叫中心运营商/客户服务
职位描述：

1.Comunication与客户，维护良好的客户关系（医生， KOL等）
2 。接听电话，妥善处理客户关系
3 。招募潜在客户，收集信息，建立客户档案，维修。
4 。清楚地传递产品信息，通过多渠道（电话，彩信，电子邮件等），有效地促进和确保客户满意度。
5 。按照常见问题解答客户的问题
6 。参与部门的培训和考试，提高专业知识和技能

所需技能：
1 。大专或以上学历，医学背景，医疗和健康相关或呼叫中心工作经验者优先。
2 。良好的沟通技巧和电话客户服务技巧
3 。强大的办公技巧
4 。性格开朗，工作积极，负责任的
5 。良好的抗压能力，适应公司的发展要求。
