负责板上低压电源的开发，如为各类集成芯片供电的DC/DC 变换器，POL，VRM等等。同时跟供应商合作开发DC/DC brick (48Vdc转12Vdc)。工作内容还包括电源管理（上电时序，电源监控，动态调压等）。

Cisco GDS
Introduction（English）:

Power engineering
group belongs to Global Development Service (GDS) in Cisco. We design power for
the majority of Cisco’s product families which are developed in China, North
America and India. There’re two functions in power group, board-mounted power
(power distribution in the chassis, IBC, POL, VRM, etc.) and front end power
(power supply unit, adaptor, etc.).

Responsibilities:

*Expertise in power conversion topologies, analog circuit design, and
circuit simulation

*Expertise in power system loop stability analysis and optimization

*Expertise in initial prototype bring-up and troubleshooting of power
systems

*Experience with schematic capture tools and board layout tools

*Proficiency with power testing equipment including oscilloscopes,
function generators, electronic loads, DC source, etc

Requirements:

*Knowledge of EMC
design for power supply is a plus

*Knowledge of
mechanical and thermal design for power supply is a plus

*Proficiency with
power testing equipment including oscilloscopes, power meter, electronic loads,
DC source,
etc
*Good communication skill and influence skill

Educational Background：

Prefer Master
background

Typically requires
MSEE/Automation Control/Power
