工作职责：
1.负责公司所有行政方面的协调、组织、安排、督促工作；
2.负责制定部门工作计划、组织、落实、指导和监督部门员工的工作；
3.制订公司人力资源计划、全面负责公司人员招聘、薪资福利管理、绩效考核管理、员工培训计划
及组织实施、员工关系协调、管理、提升、活动组织；
4.负责公司人事管理规章制度的制订优化及执行等；
5.负责管理公司劳动纪律、办公环境、卫生安全；
6.控制人事行政费用支出、并做好年度费用预算；
7.不断改善工作方法，提升工作效率；制订年度工作计划，并以周、月方式汇报工作进度；
8.其他与人事行政相关的工作.

岗位要求：
1.专科以上学历，人力资源或工商管理等相关专业；
2.五年以上人事行政管理的相关工作经验，至少担任人事行政经理一年以上；
3.工作认真负责，具有较强的综合协调能力、沟通能力、承压适应性强；
4.具有全面的行政、人事管理的经验。
