职位描述
Assist the PCA to track and execute the purchasing activities and handle the daily routine job.
Responsibilities:
-To issue the requests for quotation of materials and parts to overseas/local suppliers in the correct quantity
-To collect the quotation and prepare the overview of prices, delivery conditions and other relevant information
-To implement the register and acceptance procedure of the Materials and parts for warehousing
-Follow up the whole process of purchasing, including complete contract, track the freight, check the destination, and so on.
-Take charge of purchasing contracts management.
- Others required by supervisors.
-To assist buyer to deal with the daily issues
Requirements:
-College degree in foreign trade
-1 year working experience
-Preferred background in marine or heavy industry
-Good knowledge of foreign trade process
-Familiar with MS word, excel
-Good command of English both in oral and written
-Strong communication and coordination skill
