岗位职责：

1. 建立并完善人力资源管理制度和流程，包括招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬福利及员工发展等方面；
2. 规范管理员工入职、转正、调动、晋升、辞退、离职流程；
3. 负责全体员工人事档案手续、社会及商业保险体系的管理与实施；
4. 负责员工日常考勤，薪酬计算发放，及社会保险、商业保险办理等薪酬基本业务的操作、实施；
5. 负责公司劳动年检及相关劳动保障活动的实施；
6. 负责员工内部沟通协调工作，建立良好的企业文化氛围；
7. 完成上级交办的其他各项工作。


任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 6以上人力资源管理工作经验，2年以上人力资源主管经验，对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有较深入的认识
3. 掌握人力资源管理专业知识，熟悉相关劳动法律、法规
4. 具有良好的职业素养和操守，高度的责任心，有良好的沟通协调能力和较好的服务意识
