? Work closely with manufacturing group and other group to continually evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and technology and make recommendations to improve the quality of Company products;
? Assist in managing the development, implementation and maintenance of quality Assurance systems and activities to ensure product quality in compliance with ISO and Corporate QA standards;
? Review manufacturing documentation for accuracy, completeness to identify and address problems;
? Participate in internal and external compliance audits;
? Participate in new product development process and propose quality assurance suggestion;
? Follow-up on the effectiveness and closure of DNCR's and Corrective/Preventive Actions;
? Enhance the Quality system through gap analysis of processes and data, provide recommendations for improvement;
? Educate, train and monitor the staff to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards;
? Other tasks as assigned.
