职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive the monthly Demand Planning process for China, ensuring that the numbers are fully supported by assumptions and integrated with the marketing and sales plans. Supporting the objectives of minimizing inventories, while maximizing customer service;
2. Develop the best set of statistical models in preparation for the monthly Line Manager reviews. Provide detail analysis to identify trends and appropriate models to improve the viability of the forecast;
3. Provide forecast training to Product Line Managers and others;
4. Receive inputs from Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and regional sites, and incorporate into the global forecast;
5. Review forecast accuracy loss tree closely and drive continuous improvement together with business partners;
6. Understand supply chain operation and become the contact window with sales and marketing team to provide efficient support;
7. Drive KPI improvement on service, stock and cost through any opportunities apart from forecast accuracy improvement;
8. Follow function requirement on reporting and submit report ontime with good quality and accuracy;
9. Assist in Sales & Operations activities.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Economics or related subjects Minimum 3 years experience in demand planning Industrial/Manufacturing background in multinational companies;
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin;
3. Time management skills to ensure deadlines are met;
4. Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail, thorough analytical skills, rational decision making, objectivity, creativity and negotiation skills;
5. Perform analysis using Excel, Access and query tools;
6. The working knowledge of statistics with special emphasis on modeling;
7. I.T minded with experience on demand planning software/ERP systems;
8. Understanding of the company business planning, product development and category/channel management processes;
9. Honest, strong sense of responsibilities, work hard and able to work under pressure;
10. About 1-2year people management experience.
