Job Description:

Design, implement, and analysis of Western Blotting;
Involve to purify the proteins as immunogen and standard antigen;
Provide technical expertise in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments;
Actively involved in trouble shooting of any problem during assay development and protein purification;
Responsible for purchase of laboratory equipment and reagents;
Assist group leader in establishing, maintaining, and implementing SOPs;
Assist in the day to day management of lab activities;
Accomplish other R&D duties related to development of Western Blotting antibodies.


Requirements:

Strong hands-on skills in the in vitro assay development, especially Western Blotting;
Expertise in protein purification using IEX, SEC, HIC and affinity chromatography;
Diverse knowledge and experience with various expression systems (E. coli, mammalian,etc.);
Familiar with advanced diagnostic and in vitro detection technologies;
Strong team-working focus and excellent communications and inter-personal skills;
MS or BS in biological sciences, and a minimum of 4 years (after BS) of relevant working experience;
Good command in English, well-organized, details-orientated, and self-motivated;
Additional molecular biology techniques are desired.
