Job Description
To manage and lead a software team to port/develop high-quality embedded Linux-based networking application software to perform optimally on state-of-the-art Freescale communication processor platforms.

Job Requirements
Currently possessing a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in managing embedded Linux-based software product development.

Previously worked as an embedded Linux software development engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant software product development experience.

Extensive experience with integrating and optimizing performance of open source software applications such as WiFi Router, Network Attached Storage, Network Video Recorder, Digital Living Network Alliance, Wireless
Personal Area Network and Voice over IP.

Expert in using software tools to build embedded Linux applications and Board Support Packages.

Experience with developing software using Freescale communication processors.

Experience with developing software using Multicore communication processors.

Practitioner of quality software development process.

Preferred Skills
Excellent communication skills in English.
Software system architectural design under Linux with real time processing constraints.
Leadership skills.
Organizational skills.
People skills.
