Job Description:

1. Handle incoming calls in the manner of timely and polite.
2. Receive visitors in the manner of professional, including conference room management.
3. Order and distribute stationery and office commodities timely and accurately.
4. Maintain office facilities in good condition.
5. Support non WGQ warehouse for admin related issues and purchasing
6. Handle all the routine administrative work accurately and timely


Requirements:
1. College degree major in Administration Management, Office Management, Business Administration or relevant
2. Good command of both oral and written English
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. 1 or more years working experience in telephone operator function with multinational companies
5. Knowledge of the Logistic and forwarding business is a plus
