职位描述



Human Resources (HR) Manager job description





1.
Work with a team of
professionals to support a company’s growth and operation. Supervise and
responsible for company recruitment, managing the recruitment database.
Liaising with hiring managers, some at VP level and able to hire to a headcount
plan. Familiar with the job advertising process, good at using different job
advertising websites to achieve targets.





2. Complete HR
system and policies, also ensure that all human resources policies, procedures,
and programs are consistently administered and enforced in line with the
company's goals, compliance with various professional standards and any state
or federal regulations, including Employee handbook and labor contracts.





3. Develop,
implement and monitor the execution of company salary structure and policy





4. Develop,
implement and monitor the execution of employee training.





5. Responsible
for evaluating and assessing employee qualification and performance and conduct
appraisals.





6. Develop
the policy and monitor the management of employee daily attendance.





7. Organize the
activities of defining department function and establish job description for
each position.





8. Responsible
for solving labor disputes and associated legal issue





9. Advise and coach
managers on company policies for human resources and programs including issues
with employee relations.





10. Employee data management: sort and keep all employee
data including personal information, labor contract, performance evaluation
records; ensure the accurate and authenticity of the personnel files.





11. Enforce and monitor the execution of
non-disclosure/confidential regulation.





12. Monitor the HR agency; ensure all
employee social welfare are paid according to the law.





13. Monitor the HR agency on the procedures of applying
work permit, temporary resident permit, resident permit.





14.
Make sure HR daily
operations/management, business planning, and budget development for human
resources programs going smoothly.





15. Stay informed on labor laws and
up-to-date on training requirements, changes to employee benefits--such as
insurance, staffing needs of the company, and any performance issues
experienced by the business.





16. Plan, implement, oversee and coordinate
all department initiatives including recruitment, compensation, benefits,
training, retention and employee relations for a company.





17. Can finish the assigned task on time.
Sometimes some overtime or weekend work is required.





Qualifications:





1. A(An) _undergraduate__ degree in _legal
profession_ , human resources, or a related field is usually required for HR
managers as well as 7 years of experience in the human resources field. Other
combinations of education and experience that provide the rudimentary knowledge
and skills to function efficiently in the role may be an acceptable substitute.





2. A person of principle, strong sense of
responsibility, fair, mature, organized can-do mentality, good initiative, can
think outside of the box.





3. Good interpersonal skills and professional.
Can motivate staff and boost company morale.





4. Good knowledge of the Country labor
law/regulations and local HR practices and policies





5. Loyal to the job and can keep company
information confidential.





6. Can identify the training need for the
different level of staff and can carry out training him/herself if needed.





7. Good at using computers, can carry out
work using email, word processor programs and other common computer software,
also need to be familiar with the use of printers, scanners, copiers and other
essential office equipment.





8. Good written and spoken English.
