Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build up, maintain and increase customer (direct sales and distributor management)

2. Make weekly visiting plan according to collected industry information

3. Make weekly sales report: incl. weekly visiting customer information, customer's request, Customers' basic production application, and weekly turn over

4. Analyze advantages and disadvantages of our products and competitors' products, integrate competitors' new products information, and regularly provide analytical reports and recommended strategies.

5. Maintain and improve good brand name for FILTROX

6. Yearly planning of Sales Budget

7. Introduction of new products

8. Training of new sales people and/or distributors

9. Plan and execute marketing activities in territory (trade shows, advertising, seminars,...)

Requirements:

1. Young sales engineer with technical flair and a professional experience in Food and Beverage or similar industries.

2. Professional experience: Must have 2 year of professional experience in food or chemical industry or similar, Nice to have:

a) Knowledge of brewing, wine or other food & beverage industries

b) Experience in sales and marketing in business-to-business environment

3. Education: University degree, B.Sc. or M. Sc degree in Food Process Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Science or similar area

4. Age: Ideally 25-40

5. Languages: Chinese and very good oral and written English, Nice to have: German and other foreign languages

6. Character: Good communication skills and manners, very high degree of self-motivation, stress resistant, likes to travel, interest in technical sales, fair-mindedness, flexibility
