Job specification:工作描述
1.Responsible for communication with clients to understand the design requirements, and present the understanding and feasibility study through specific investigation and analysis based on experience and local design regulation;
负责与业主沟通理解设计要求，并通过根据实际经验和当地设计规范进行具体的调查和分析后向业主陈述理解以及可行性研究。
2. Prepare design brief and specification as guidance for design institute to work with.
编写设计概要和技术规范供设计院作为工作的指南。
3. Chair the design meeting and value engineering to ensure design accuracy, design constructability and cost effective design.
主持设计会议和设计优化以确保设计的正确性、可施工性、高性价比。
4. Regularly chair the design review and cross discipline check to avoid the design conflict and minimize the potential design change.
定期主持设计会审及专业交叉检查，避免设计冲突以及减少潜在设计变更。
5. Show with example to ensure the design presentation is clear and specific to avoid misunderstanding and confusion.
以举例表达的方式确保设计的体现是清晰和具体的以避免误解和模糊不清。
6. Set up achievable design schedule and critical milestones in line with client’s requirements, government authorities approval procedures. Follow up the design progress and take action to speed up in case of delay.
根据业主的设计要求、政府相关部门的审批程序制定可行的设计进度计划和关键节点。跟进设计进度，在设计滞后时采取行动加快进度。

8. Responsible for technical clarification during tendering and construction.

Key qualification:资格要求
1. Major in Civil engineering, Architecture
土木工程专业或建筑专业
2. At least 8 years Industrial projects or commercial projects working experience.
至少8年工业或商业项目工作经验
3. Strong experience and technical background for engineering design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation between each disciplines.
有很好的设计技术背景、熟悉设计流程以及与各专业的协同工作
4. Familiar with government permission of the project.
熟悉项目相关的政府审批流程
5. Experience of leading project team execution a project. Experience with international projects.
有带过国际项目团队执行项目的经验
6. Experience in Power Point presentation
Good written and spoken English, inter-communication skill with different parties.
英语口语及书面用语流利、并能与有关各方的管理人员进行沟通
7. Willing to travel
