Scope of Role
Customer sales and service

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

1.Identify potential high value customers with strong willing to invest, evaluate customer needs accurately and efficiently.

2.Provide financial planning advice to customer by delivering proper asset allocation, standard assessment and other effective financial tool to meet customer needs.

3.Deliver allocated performance targets for various product;

4.Maintain relationships with existing and walk-in customers, deliver superior customer service to strengthen customers' recognition and loyalty towards company;

5.Maximize customer profitability through disciplined relationship management and cross-selling.

6.Keep updated on the events in the financial industry.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.More than two-year sales experience in the banking and financial industry;

3.Broad knowledge of financial products and services, equities and fund markets, trust and other personal investment tools;

4.Basic investment counseling and analytical skills;

5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people in different situation and work under pressure;

6.Good command of spoken and written English;

7.Good time management and self-motivation, keep passion to upgrade to meet job requirements.
