职位描述:
1、 负责公司的业务拓展、销售运作，能强有力的将计划转变成结果；
2、 建立和管理销售队伍，制订分组销售策略，规范销售流程，完成业绩目标；负责理财顾问日常活动量的统计、管理、考核及督导工作；
3、 分析新的和原有分销体系或销售渠道的市场潜力、销售数据和费用，测算盈亏情况；
任职要求：
1、 工商管理、市场营销、金融等专业大学本科及以上学历；
2、 八年以上金融机构工作经验，五年以上金融行业销售团队的管理经验；
3、 优秀的团队建设经验，团队管理能力强，善于协调营销团队的工作；丰富的金融知识，具有良好的沟通和谈判技巧、良好的组织决策能力；
4、 有清晰的个人价值观及职业规划；具备仁义品质及大爱精神；
5、 具有外资保险、第三方理财、私人银行等工作背景并熟知国内外主流理财产品者优先。

1、 工作表现符合公司要求、业绩完成情况达到公司考核标准的，薪酬可达3W-5W/月，年薪可达60W-70W；
2、 按照国家和地方法律法规缴纳员工的社会保险费用，享受国家法定节假日及法定带薪年假，婚假、丧假、产假、哺乳假等依照法律法规执行；
3、 可前往香港或海外接受专业培训；
4、 年度销售业绩达到业绩指标，可享受每年国内及海外旅游各一次。
