Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead team of sales, application engineers to engage daily business development activities.

2.Manage daily running of local operations, including office and application technology center.

3.Maximize total solution deliver to customers and focusing on long-term development.
4.Seek for and track project information, keep in touch with cooperated customers.
5.Responsible for annual sales target in south China.
6.Responsible for overall expense budgeting and control.
7.Overall responsible for local distribution management.
8.Work closely with other teams to keep leading position in the market.

Requirements:

1.10+ years working experience.

2.5 years minimum on a management position. Experience with operations is mandatory.
3.Deep understanding of technical sales and experience with total solution.
4.Management experience with leading team, motivate members and high performing. Experience with the role at multinational company preferred.
5.Willingness to travel frequently.
6.Proven track record of achieving multi-targets.
7.Experience with electronics assembly materials related products preferred.
8.Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
