职位描述

岗位职责:
协助贸易代表团、会展以及商旅等活动
研究中国不同行业的市场情况
寻找供应商和第三方公司
为外国公司在中国访问安排B2B的会晤
英译中和中译英工作
处理简单的行政和财务工作
依情况处理上级每次下达的其他任务
有协助销售以及市场营销的项目工作经验者优先

任职要求:
标准的普通话,熟练的英文水平(尤其是口语与写作)
自觉的工作态度,独立工作的能力与较强的责任心
自信,灵活,注重结果,积极主动,独立
较强的文化交流技能
可以与外国客户有效地沟通
可以较好的管理好自己的时间,处理好多种任务的技能
对B2B的商务有一定的了解
抗压能力强
可以偶尔的出差
有航空技术,儿童市场工作经验者优先

任职资格:
市场营销等相关专业本科以上文凭
有国外经历或外企经历(在荷兰或荷企优先考虑)
能熟练的运用excel,word,outlook等办公软件
1-2年的工作经验,服务行业工作经验者优先考虑

Main activities/ responsibilities:
- Assisting and coordinating trade mission, fairs, events and business trips
- Market research work on China different industries
- Sourcing vendors, suppliers, third party
- Making new B2B matchmaking appointments for foreign companies in China
- Doing translation work EN-CN en CN-EN
- Handle simple administration and financial work
- Handle other ad-hoc responsibilities from time to time assigned by the superior
- Additional: assist in the sales and marketing activities

Skills/Attitude required:
- Chinese local Mandarin, with very good English language skills (spoken en written)
- Self-aware with a mature attitude to work and the ability to take own responsibility and work independently
- Must be assertive, resourceful, result-oriented, self-motivated, independent
- Possess a strong communication and cultural skill
- Ability to communicate effective with foreigners
- Good time management, organizational and multitasking skills
- Good awareness of the Business to Business industry
- Candidate has to be mentally flexible and must also demonstrate endurance in high stress situations
- Candidate should be available for occasional travel
- Additional: knowledge about the aviation industry, children market

Further Qualifications:
- Degree qualification in Marketing/ Business/ Communications
- Experience in a foreign country or foreign company (preferable The Netherlands)
- Good computer skill on Internet, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Preferable 1-2 years of work experience preferably in the service industry
