About us: J&M PARTNER'S (SHANGHAI) is just born from ITC International Trading Company (www.intertrading.info), company established in 2007. Our goal is to help our clients purchase in China or help them in the launch of their products onto the Chinese market. Along with the company's further development, we are inviting you to join our team in the coming future.
Experience: experience in international trading and sourcing field preferable.
Functions: 1 merchandiser assistance
Qualifications:
1. Chinese nationality. Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and oral). Able to write e-mails in proper English.
2. Good interpersonal skills, proactive, well organized, precise, self motivated.
3. Willing to go out for business trip, fairs/ exhibitions, QC or simply visit factories if needed.
4. Able to work within a team.
5. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe reader, Photoshop etc.) required.
Responsibilities: mainly the applicants will be required to:
- look for and select suitable Chinese suppliers;
- ask for quotations, certificates and sampling;
- follow the order procedure from the emission of the PI to the preparation of the shipping documents;
- cooperate with the client's appointed forwarder in order to make the goods reach the final destination smoothly and on time.
