1.大学建筑或相关专业学历，至少3年以上的设计行业经验（商场、酒店等）, 良好的手绘和空间表达能力。

2.熟练掌握常用软件AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP等；具备完成大型项目设计能力。

3.较强的方案沟通能力、团队组织能力和时间分配能力。与客户沟通了解设计需求，领导绘图员按时按质出图，向总监汇报设计进程。

4英语能力较好者优先。

Chapman Taylor is an international practice of architects, master planners and interior designers operating from 16 regional offices and with experience of working in over 90 countries around the world. We opened our Shanghai office in 2007, and have a strong local presence and international expertise in China. Our core experience in China is mixed-use development; we have also won multiple master planning competitions and have developed unique waterfront design expertise.
