Major Responsibilities

PSRA operational tasks on
-BMS external raw materials HSE management via GSL-Online support in APAC
Releasing purchase order
-Maintaining correct data in GSLO, material and supplier information, supplier SDS etc...
-Approve material requests from EMEA and APAC in GSLO
-External materials maintenance in SAP EH3
-Handle GSLO related inquiries from BMS units
-Training of APAC users
-BMS SDS shipment related data collection including customer and LSP email, fax maintenance etc...

Administrative tasks on
-Coordinate PSRA global and regional community activities
-Support PSRA head on administrative work including arranging the travel itinerary, ticketing, hotel and car pickup booking
-Coordinating on office related administration work, e.g book meeting room, arrange department outing, department purchasing etc...
-Handle other miscellaneous issues if necessary


Education, Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry.
-At least 1-2 years working experience in chemical production, lab or HSEQ related areas in an international company.
-Good communication skill
-Good written and spoken English and PC skills
-Friendly and helpful
