Looking for an employee that is able to be flexible within the tasks given, but to also show creativity within the tasks. The job contains two different aspects, firstly desk work i.e excel spreadsheets, calling clients, overall the average marketing side of the job. The second aspect is showing clients around buildings, and making sure that they are content with what they see, and that you are able to answer any given question that they throw at you.

We are happy to hire western or chinese employees but you must be able to speak both english and chinese. The company is a shanghai based company run by an american expat. It is firmly based around property development.

Responsibilities:
You will need to contact agents, arrange marketing events, and really create enough propaganda and information to fill the buildings with happy clients. Ideally you need to be good with people and not shy away from anything. Have the confidence to be able to take on an important role within the company.

Qualifications:
Presentable, Speak english and chinese, sociable, ability to work on their own, needs confidence.

Compensation:
Salary negotiable per experience
