KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

1. Logistics procurement process optimization
2. Support to setup and optimize Transport Model
3. Participate to define supplier strategy
4. Handling bidding process of big frame contract, includes:
- Understand Logistics Demand and Prepare for RFP/RFQ
- Search for potential Logistics service provider (LSP)
- Evaluation
- Contracting
- KPI performance evaluation of LSP, etc.
5. Logistics cost reporting
6. Sourcing and develop potential LSP, LSP management
7. Logistics market resources study and price analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

- At least have > 3 years working experience in logistic operation or 3P Logistic.
- Comprehensive experience of covering wide logistic service scope (all kind of transportation module, external warehouse, forward agent, custom clearance…).
- At least 3 years of foreign venture experience
- Better to have knowledge and experience of logistics transportation module.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
- Initiative and teamwork
