Job Description

1.Following and managing each order since the beginning until the end by responding at all client's inquiries or factory's issues (Quotation, samples, purchase/sales contract, QC, booking, payment)

2.Communicating with customers and factories regarding the product, prices, quantity, warranty...

3.Working closely and share the information with the Finance and the Shipping department

4.Ensuring that the products are sent to its designated place

5.Ensuring of the quality of the product before sending to clients

6.Ensuring that the final payment is done correctly and in the right period

7.Updating all information into company's database

8.Recommending new products to existing clients

9.Following the company's process

Topking Co., Ltd was created in 2003 who is a reputable exporter and manufacturer of Household & Kitchen products, As Seen On TV and innovative items for mail order catalogs, Direct TV companies and retailers throughout the US and Europe market.

Today, Topking is both manufacturer (more than 200 workers) and Trading company (around 60 employees) divided into 2 sales offices in Ningbo and Shanghai and 1 factory in Ningbo which is producing our own products.
