Manager, Corporate Marketing & Communications

1. In charge of strategy development of Corporate Marketing & Communications department, including planning, budgeting and evaluation.
1) To assist Corporate Marketing and Communication Director on yearly plan/roadmap of the department. Mainly in charge of developing the key massage and task of the year, and planning corporate budget.
2) To establish and manage a planning tool for the department, and monitor and support its usage by pan-China offices.
3) To establish and manage a budgeting tool for the department, and monitor and support its usage by pan-China offices.
4) To establish and manage an evaluation system for the department, and in charge of evaluation of all projects of the departments.
5) To formulate various policies & procedures relating to corporate marketing & communications, and monitor their implementation, including sponsorship guideline, corporate visit guideline and etc.
6) To set up and manage various platforms for corporate marketing & communications affairs.
7) To set up and manage a supplier/agency pool for the department.


2. Corporate Marketing
1) To development and keep updating of all sorts of corporate branding print and e collaterals for CCEC, CCH and Raffles City, such as brand manual, VI manuals, websites, publications, premium, etc.
2) To plan and implement national marketing campaign for the corporate brand of CCEC and CCH upon needs.
3) In charge of digital marketing affairs for the corporate brand of CCEC and CCH.
4) To play a vital role in corporate events organization. .
5) To conduct corporate visits in CCH HQ.

3. Corporate Communications
1) Be responsible for corporate level press release, including writing, issuing and monitoring.
2) To develop and maintain relationship with senior management of national media
3) Assist to proofread press release from CCH pan-China offices.
4) To handle media crisis.
5) In charge of e-PR for the corporate brand of CCEC and CCH.
6) To plan and implement national PR campaign for the corporate brand of CCEC and CCH.

4. Corporate Social Responsibility
1) To supervise all sorts of corporate social responsibility affairs, including aspects of education, green and arts.
2) In charge of CapitaLand Arts Fund.
3) In charge of CapitaLand Kids program.
4) To oversee national CSR campaign.

Requirement
1) Bachelor or above in communications, journalism or relevant subjects.
2) more than 5 years experience in real estate or relevant industries, or PR agencies.
3) Strong ownership and project management skill.
4) general management skills
5) Being able to work independently and under pressure. Open minded.
6) Excellent Chinese and English.
